Does this include TCR registration fees?
No. This subscription covers the hosting and management of your compliance microsite (the "website" requirement). You still pay brand/campaign registration fees directly to your provider (RingCentral, Twilio, etc.).
Can I use my own domain name?
Not on the Basic plan. The Basic plan uses a `yourbrand.mytcrplus.com` subdomain. For custom domain mapping (e.g., `sms.yourcompany.com`), please upgrade to the Standard Plan.
What if my registration is still rejected?
We offer support for content edits. If your microsite is flagged for a content issue, we will update it at no extra cost. Note that we cannot control rejections due to your EIN/Tax ID mismatches (Brand Registration).
